Our 4-room building with around 135 m² as a maisonette (2 levels) offers enough space for up to 6 guests thanks to its room layout. The apartment has an outside entrance (1-2 steps) on both levels. Both levels are connected by an internal staircase.
On the upper level there is the living and dining area with fireplace and fitted kitchen as well as a bedroom with double bed and desk; on the lower level there are two bedrooms with double beds and desks, each with their own shower room, as well as the SPA area with whirlpool and steam sauna as well as an extra large shower.
In the cozy living area with a corner sofa, armchair and crackling real wood fireplace, you can end the evening relaxing while watching TV or reading. Or you can use the range of board games or entertainment electronics. The spacious fitted kitchen and a cozy dining area invite you to enjoy culinary experiences.
The large south-facing balcony in front of the living area offers enough space for all guests and an unobstructed view of the green onto the "Rathauswiese". A wonderful place to enjoy nature, for a cozy coffee session or a bottle of wine at sunset with family or friends. The two bedrooms on the lower level each have a garden access and a covered terrace area, which offers a sheltered spot when there is a lot of sun or light drizzle.
